UNISON wants to know what annual pay claim members wish to see pursued this year.
Either:
(a) £2000 on all salary points or
(b) The Retail Price Index (RPI-currently 8.2%) plus 2% across all grades?

It is likely that the employers will reject whatever claim is made and members will need to take action to persuade them to think again.
