The NJC TU Side Joint Secretaries met this afternoon. GMB reported that their decision was not to take industrial action. As this provided a majority of UNISON plus one other union, Unite accepted that this must be the TU Side’s position. UNISON has therefore written to the Employers’ Side on behalf of the TU Side, accepting the pay offer and they have sent out the communication below to employers.
