2024-25 NJC Pay Claim Update

UNISON has now submitted its 2024-25 NJC Pay claim to the Local Government employers. This is a pay increase of £3000 or 10% of pay, whichever is the greater figure. A formal response from the employers with not be received by UNISON until 16/5/24 at the earliest because of the forthcoming Council Election period. As soon as any further information is received Staffordshire UNISON will update its members again.
