UNISON West Midlands Region are pleased to announce a new member course running in June. Developing Your Self-Confidence & Self-Assertion is an online course on 21 and 29 June from 9.30am – 12.30pm.
Building self-confidence and self-assertiveness is easier than you think! This course will teach you the key tips and techniques that you need in order to:
- Be more able to resist the pressures of excessively dominant people
- Take more control of a situation, and get your voice heard
- Gather your thoughts and marshal your arguments so that you do not ‘lose it’ when making your case
