Mike Vaughan, Branch Secretary was honoured to be invited by East Staffordshire Borough Council on 30/11/22 to be a co-signatory of their implementation of the TUC “Dying to Work” Charter of Worker’s Rights relating to employees battling terminal health conditions. It is to the credit of this local authority employer that they have agreed to show sensitivity to any affected employee needing compassion and practical consideration whilst they remain at work.
